Childcare Systems to Assure the Full Participation of Women
One of the first rules created upon the formation of the KDP, was the guarantee that childcare would be provided for every KDP meeting and at every KDP event. All activists signed up for childcare duties which were rotated throughout the organization. This kind of policy resulted in the significant participation of women in the leadership of KDP and throughout the organization.
